This Privacy Statement applies to Guobuqiran Accessibility Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "Guobuqiran") for the Sign Language Interpreter products and services (hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Product" or "the Service"). How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
When you use the business functions of the Service, we need to collect some of your information to provide you with functional services and ensure your user experience. 1.1 Listening Function: If you enable the listening mode, the Service can provide voice-to-text translation. For this, we may collect sound information from external social scenarios. Such sound information will be deleted immediately after being transcribed into text, and we will not store it in any way.
1.2 Sign Language Synthesis Function: If you use this function, the Service will output your spoken content through a virtual avatar performing sign language. For this, we may collect sound information from external social scenarios. Such sound information will be deleted immediately after being transcribed into sign language, and we will not store it in any way.
1.3 Sign Language Recognition Function: If you enable this function, the Service uses image recognition technology to identify the sign language you provide, converts the recognized sign language into text, and broadcasts it via speech. For this, we may collect video information from external social scenarios.
1.4 Feedback and Improvement: To quickly analyze and resolve abnormal issues, we will collect your device's system version, system name, model name, and supplementary identifier information (such as VAID, UFSID) to locate abnormal scenarios and further diagnose and resolve faults. In addition, we will also collect information you voluntarily submit on the Service's help and feedback page, which may include images, phone numbers, and email addresses, depending on what you fill in. The purpose is to understand the problems and suggestions you encounter during use.
1.5 Product Experience Optimization: To continuously improve your user experience with the Service, we may collect and use your operational behavior information, duration of use of relevant functions, and supplementary identifier information (such as VAID) when you use the Service. This information will only be used to analyze problems and errors that occur or may occur during the use of the Service to improve your product experience and will not be associated with your personal identity. You can go to your device's settings and search for "Join User Experience Improvement Program" to turn it off.
1.6 In addition, you fully understand that in the following situations, we may collect and use personal information without your consent:
(1) Related to national security or national defense security;
(2) Related to public safety, public health, or major public interests;
(3) Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;
(4) For the purpose of safeguarding the significant legitimate rights and interests of personal information subjects or other individuals, such as life and property, but it is difficult to obtain your consent;
(5) The personal information collected is disclosed to the public by the personal information subject;
(6) Your personal information is collected from legally disclosed information, such as legitimate news reports, government information disclosure, etc.;
(7) Necessary for signing a contract at your request;
(8) Necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the products and/or services provided, such as discovering and handling faults in products and/or services;
(9) Necessary for legitimate news reporting;
(10) Necessary for academic research institutions to conduct statistical or academic research based on public interest, and when providing academic research or descriptions to the public, the personal information contained in the results is de-identified.
Device Permissions We Need to Request
To provide you with the functional services stated in this document, we may need to request the following permissions within the necessary scope. The specific permissions and purposes are as follows:
2.1 Camera Permission: This permission is to provide the sign language recognition function.
2.2 Recording Permission: This permission is to provide the listening function.
How Your Personal Information Is Stored
3.1 Storage Location
Your personal information will be stored and used within mainland China.
3.2 Retention Period
Unless otherwise required by laws and regulations, we will only retain your personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this statement. After the period expires, the information will be deleted or anonymized. Among them, user behavior analysis data stored on the server for improving the Sign Language Interpreter function will be retained for three months. After the period expires, the data will be deleted or anonymized.
How We Share Your Personal Information
Sharing refers to providing your personal information to other personal information controllers, and both parties have independent control over the personal information. Except in the following situations, we will not share your personal information externally:
(1) Designated third-party sharing. With your explicit consent, we will share the information within your authorized scope with the third party you designate.
(2) Sharing with specific personnel of statutory institutions. According to relevant laws and regulations, we need to cooperate and provide your personal information when required.
(3) Sharing within affiliated entities. To realize all product services and functions, conduct internal audits, data analysis, security inspections, user research and analysis, and necessary business operations (such as evaluating and improving products, identifying service anomalies, maintaining existing services, developing new products, etc.), we will share your personal information with our subsidiaries or affiliates.

Please understand that, subject to laws and regulations, and due to limitations of current technical capabilities and security control measures, your requests for correction or deletion of personal information may not be responded to or processed immediately. Once your request is accepted, we will reply to your access and correction request within 15 working days. For deletion requests, we will respond within a reasonable time and notify the entities that have obtained your personal information from us, requiring them to delete it promptly. During this period, we will strictly store and isolate your information securely until your request is completed.
5.2 Withdrawal of Consent: You can change the scope of your authorization for us to continue collecting your personal information or withdraw your authorization by calling customer service at 0512-6501-5800 or sending an email to marketing@gbqr.net.
Please understand that each business function requires some basic personal information to be completed. When you withdraw your consent or authorization, we will no longer be able to provide you with the corresponding services, nor will we process your corresponding personal information. However, your decision to withdraw consent or authorization will not affect the personal information processing activities previously carried out based on your authorization.

6.2 If any court of competent jurisdiction rules or decides that any provision of this statement is invalid, that provision will be removed from this statement, but the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this statement, which will continue to be enforced.
