About Us
The Sign Language Interpreter software and its related technologies and features (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") are operated by Guobuqiran Accessibility Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "Guobuqiran"). This User Service Agreement is a legal agreement between you (the User) and Guobuqiran Accessibility Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. regarding your use of the Sign Language Interpreter software (hereinafter referred to as the Service) and related services.
Purpose of the Agreement
Through this Agreement, you will understand how Guobuqiran provides the Service to you, the rules you should follow when using the Service, statements regarding the provision of the Service and related services by Guobuqiran, and other important information. Please read this Agreement carefully, especially the descriptions of features, jurisdiction of disputes, and disclaimer clauses.
Eligibility for Use
You must be at least 18 years old, or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to access and use the Service. If you are under 18 years old, you must obtain the consent of your parent or legal guardian before using the Service. Minors should be accompanied by their legal guardians when reading this Agreement. By choosing the Service, you are deemed to have accepted all the terms of this Agreement and have entered into a legally binding agreement with Guobuqiran. If you do not accept this Agreement, please do not use the Service.

Special Reminder: Due to differences in device system versions, the configuration of service features may vary. Some features listed below may not be available on certain models; please refer to the actual configuration. The following rules apply only to the features that have been provided to you.
The Service
The Service helps you establish more natural communication with others through sign language. The main features are: Speech Recognition: Converts your provided audio into text. Sign Language Synthesis: Outputs your spoken content through a virtual avatar performing sign language. Sign Language Recognition: Uses image recognition technology to identify the sign language you provide, converts recognized sign language into text, and broadcasts it via speech. Please refer to your actual experience for specific features. Please note: When you are not on a Wi-Fi network, using this system will consume data. Please be aware of data usage; specific charges are subject to your carrier.
About Third-Party Services
This Agreement applies only to the content of the Service. If you choose to use other third-party software or services, you must enter into a service agreement/privacy policy with the third party and carefully read the relevant third-party service agreement/privacy policy. Guobuqiran is not responsible for the content or availability of any third-party products or services, nor does it guarantee any content, advertisements, products, services, or other information provided by third parties. Disputes arising from your use of other third-party products or services shall be resolved by the third-party service provider; please contact the third-party service provider for handling.
Personal Information Protection
Guobuqiran fully understands the importance of personal information to you and will do its utmost to protect the security of your personal information. At the same time, Guobuqiran promises to take appropriate security measures in accordance with industry-standard security practices to protect your personal information. For information on the protection of your information when using the Service, please refer to the "Sign Language Interpreter Privacy Policy." During your use of third-party applications, third-party applications may obtain your permission (such as recording permission) or collect and use your information and data according to their functional requirements. Please read the privacy policy of third-party applications carefully and submit your personal information and data with caution.
Software License
(1) License Grant. Guobuqiran grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license under the following terms. You are permitted to use the software and related documentation, but you do not have the right to sublicense.
(2) License Restrictions
a) You may use the software on a single mobile device for non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise expressly authorized by Guobuqiran or prohibited by applicable law. Unless otherwise specified, you may not:
(i) Modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the software or documentation;
(ii) Copy the software or documentation (except for backup for maintenance/replacement, provided that the backup is not installed or used on any computer and is deleted/destroyed immediately after maintenance/replacement);
(iii) Rent, transfer, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to the software or documentation to others;
(iv) Remove any proprietary notices or labels from the software or documentation;
(v) Add other software to or merge other software with this operating system or software.
Any prohibited use will result in immediate suspension or termination of your software license. b) You agree to use the software and documentation only in compliance with applicable laws, including but not limited to restrictions on copyright and other intellectual property rights and/or export control regulations.
c) You must respect the intellectual property rights of Guobuqiran and any third parties. You may not use the Service to infringe upon the rights of third parties (including but not limited to copyright, portrait rights, property rights, etc.). You understand and agree that Guobuqiran, as a neutral technology and feature provider, cannot manage all user behaviors. You are responsible for your own actions. If your actions infringe upon the legal rights of others or cause disputes with others during your use of the Service, you are solely responsible for handling and bearing the corresponding legal liabilities.
d) You may not use the Service for any illegal activities or engage in any behavior that harms the network or infringes upon the legal rights of others, including but not limited to illegally soliciting account information from others, collecting user information of the Service without authorization, attempting to scan for vulnerabilities or interfere with the normal operation of the Service without authorization, maliciously spreading viruses, or other behaviors that disrupt normal network information services.
Intellectual Property Statement
The ownership and intellectual property rights of the software and documentation belong to Guobuqiran. The ownership and intellectual property rights of content accessed through the software (including content contained in the software media demonstration files) remain with the respective content owners and may be protected by relevant copyright or other laws.
Software Upgrade
The software will be upgraded in sync with the operating system of the terminal device and does not currently support user-initiated upgrades. Please understand that specific feature support may vary depending on device model and system version; please refer to actual usage.
Commitments and Warranties
You may use the Service provided you comply with this Agreement. However, you must commit to using the Service in a legal and compliant manner and may not use the Service for commercial purposes without Guobuqiran's permission. You also warrant that you will not use the Service to participate in, organize, or induce others to participate in any illegal or non-compliant activities (including but not limited to gambling, fraud, etc.), nor will you publish or promote any information that violates national laws and regulations, including but not limited to the following:
Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution;
Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;
Damaging national honor and interests;
Inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination, undermining national unity; undermining national religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions; spreading rumors, disrupting social order, or undermining social stability;
Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or abetting crime;
Insulting or defaming others, infringing upon the legal rights of others;
Infringing upon the intellectual property rights, trade secrets, or other legal rights of others;
Any behavior that may violate good faith, public order, or public morals, or is otherwise prohibited by laws and regulations.
If you violate the usage specifications stipulated in this section, Guobuqiran has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of the Service to you. You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for any consequences arising from your violation of this section, including but not limited to assuming legal liability and compensating the damaged party.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is for your personal use only and may not be provided to any third party. The software, documentation, and content are provided "as is." Guobuqiran and its partners will do their utmost to provide you with better services but make no express or implied representations or warranties regarding the following:
(1) The Service will meet all your specific needs;
(2) The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
(3) Any information obtained during your use of the Service is accurate or reliable;
(4) Any defects or errors as part of the Service will be corrected.
Guobuqiran cannot guarantee any services provided by network operators (including network coverage, availability, and service quality); please contact your network operator. You should choose a software version compatible with your terminal device model; otherwise, you are solely responsible for any software usage issues, unsupported features, device binding issues, etc., arising from incompatibility.
You understand that Guobuqiran is committed to continuously improving the user experience of the Service, but usage may still be affected by software version, network environment, and other factors. We do not provide absolute guarantees regarding the suitability, continuous availability, or compatibility with third-party services of the Service.
Suspension or Termination of the Agreement
Suspension or termination of the Service includes the following situations:
You voluntarily request suspension or termination of the Service;
You violate, or Guobuqiran has reason to believe you violate or are suspected of violating, legal or regulatory requirements or any content stipulated in this Agreement, including license restrictions, your warranties and commitments, etc.;
Guobuqiran suspends or terminates the Service in accordance with laws, regulations, or requirements of relevant national authorities;
Force majeure events or unforeseeable technical issues (including but not limited to hacker attacks, network crashes, virus intrusions, etc., affecting the normal operation of the Internet);
Other situations where suspension or termination of the Service is required by laws, regulations, or due to Guobuqiran's own irresistible reasons or business adjustments.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Unless otherwise provided by the laws of your place of residence, this Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding its conflict of law rules. Any disputes arising from the Service shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the local court for litigation.
Agreement Update
This Agreement takes effect from the date of publication or update. Guobuqiran and all users who have activated and used the Service are bound by the above Agreement. Guobuqiran has the right to modify the terms of service at any time based on its own operations and market environment (modifications include changes, additions, or deletions of relevant terms). Once the terms of service are modified, Guobuqiran will update and display them on the relevant page; if the changes to the terms of service materially affect your rights or will seriously restrict your use of the Service, we will prominently remind or notify you.
If you do not agree to the changes to these terms, you may stop using the Service. If you continue to use the services provided by Guobuqiran, you are deemed to have accepted all modifications to these terms.

General Provisions
The headings in this Agreement are for convenience of reading only and do not affect the meaning or interpretation of the terms in the text.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be completely or partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and binding.
Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to establish any commercial cooperation or agency relationship between you and Guobuqiran.
To the extent permitted by laws and regulations, Guobuqiran has the right to interpret the terms of this Agreement.
